Meet The Team

Dr. Kelly Liming, DVM

Dr. Kelly Liming grew up on a farm in southern Clermont county. He received a BS in Animal Sciences from Ohio State in 1998 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Ohio State in 2002. He practiced in a mixed practice (farm animal, equine and small animal) in Urbana, Ohio for two years then he and his wife Emily Hopping (also a veterinarian) moved to Washington state. Dr. Liming practiced in Mount Vernon, Washington at a veterinary hospital that served mostly horses and a few small animals. After Dr. Liming and his wife had their first child in early 2007 they decided to move back to Ohio to be close to family. When Dr. Liming is not working he enjoys fly fishing, exercise, working around the house and many more outdoor activities.


Dr. Jason Patchell, DVM

Dr. Jason Patchell was born and raised in Clermont County.  He received a BA in Zoology for Miami University in 1996 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Ohio State in 2003.  He practiced in a mixed animal practice in Russellville, Ohio for 3 years then practiced small animal medicine and surgery for the next 6 years in the Cincinnati area.  Dr. Patchell joined Rolling Hills Veterinary Service in the fall of 2012.  He and his wife Jennifer have three daughters: Rachel Tracy, Leah, and Sarah.   When not working, Dr. Patchell enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and exploring local activities.


Dr. Keli Schram, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Keli Schram grew up on a farm on the Brown co./Adams co. line. She earned a BA from Morehead State University then continued on to earn a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Oregon State University in 2017. She practiced in Beattyville, KY before joining the team at Rolling Hills in November 2017. She most enjoys working with cattle and horses as well as small animal surgery. When not working she enjoys spending time with family and pets (currently 1 dog and 1 cat), and singing and playing music. She can play bass guitar and basic drum set, and is currently taking fiddle lessons as well.  


Dr. Erin Luker, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Luker (formerly Dr. Mosbaugh) was raised in Amelia, OH and grew up showing horses at the Clermont County Fair. She completed her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University and then went on to attend the Kentucky Horse Shoeing School prior to entering Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Luker completed her clinical year at Texas A&M with a focus on Mixed Animal Medicine in 2013. She then completed an equine internship at Elgin Veterinary Hospital – Equine Surgical & Emergency Referral Center. She began practicing mixed animal medicine in 2015 in Bastrop, Texas. Dr. Luker and her husband, Travis, decided to move back to Ohio after the birth of their son, Owen.

Dr. Luker most enjoys working on horses. She has interests in Internal Medicine, Surgery and Neonatology. Dr. Luker has one horse (OTT Thoroughbred), two dogs (pit mix and basset hound mix)  and a cat. In her spare time, Dr. Luker enjoys spending time with her son and husband, riding her horse, playing the fiddle, hiking and traveling.



Serena Spaulding, RVT

Practice Manager

Serena lives in Felicity, OH and has a true passion for veterinary medicine.She has been apart of the team since 2014. Serena graduated from Brown Mackie College with a degree in veterinary technology. She has a huge heart for animals and currently has 2 horses, 2 pot bellied pigs, 4 dogs, goats and 3 cats. She is currently the president for the Felicity- Franklin FFA alumni. She enjoys helping local rescues by fostering animals with medical needs.  When not at work she enjoys riding horses, and spending time outdoors. 


Shelby Moore, RVT

Veterinary Technician

Shelby lives in Georgetown with her husband Nate; daughters Addyson and Ansleigh and their three dogs, Titan, Cruz, and Penelope. She has been with RHVS since May of 2015. She graduated from Cincinnati University - Blue Ash in 2015 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. When not working, she likes spending time with her family.  


Kaelynn Webb, RVT

Kaelynn is the newest addition to them team but has been in the veterinary field for 3 years. She lives in Mt. Orab with her fiancé, 1-year-old son, and 3-year-old bloodhound Hank. Kaelynn graduated from Morehead State University with a degree in veterinary technology. She has a passion for exotic and large animal medicine and she is always ready to learn new things. When she's not working she loves spending time with her family and being outside. 


Jess Bauscher

Veterinary Assistant

Jess has been a member of the RHVS team for 3 years. She currently working toward becoming a registered veterinary technician. Jess' favorite thing about RHVS is all the goats! In her spare time, she works hard at raising her own goat herd and enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, Maggie, Annie, Reese.


Danielle Scoggins

Veterinary Assistant

Danielle graduated from Western Brown High School. She joined our team in May of 2018 and has been a great addition. She lives in Mount Orab with her daughter Kinsley, cats Milo and Max and adorable French Bulldog Lola. She loves small and large animal medicine and has a special place in her heart for Frenchies! 


Katherine Weathers

Veterinary Assistant

Katherine is a graduate from Wilmington College and holds a bachelors degree in animal science. Her favorite thing about working at RHVS is the opportunity to work with large animals. Katherine is an alumni and avid supporter of 4-H and FFA, where she showed her American Quarter horse, Destin. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and playing with her dog Henry and 4 black cats, Minx, Nox, Onyx and Phoenix.


Bailey Lowe

Assistant

Bailey is a graduate of Felicity-Franklin High school. She has found her passion for animal care through her involvement with FFA. Bailey loves to learn new things and meeting new people! She is currently attending OSU CFAES for animal science, and still comes back to work at the clinic on her weekends home. 


Olivia Nelson

Assistant

Olivia recently joined the team and has always wanted to work in a veterinary office. She has two dogs of her own Matilda and Kya. She lives in Ripley, Ohio. She hopes to continue to learn and grow here at RHVS.


Brittany Weber

Veterinary Assistant

Brittany joined our team in May 2020. She is a graduate of Batavia high school and is currently enrolled in Penn Foster's Veterinary Technician program. She lives in Bethel with her German Shepherd Axel, kitten Minnie and horse Faith. She loves small and large animal medicine. There is always a special place in her heart for German Shepherds. When not working, Brittany enjoys riding horses and training her personal protection dog. 


Charlena Spaulding

Receptionist

Charlena is currently a nursing student at Northern Kentucky University. She is a graduate from Felicity-Franklin high school. She has an Australian Shepherd named, Sadie. Charlena loves Golden Retrievers. In her free time, Charlena like to travel and hangout with her friends. 


Kathy Ballman

Receptionist

Kathy lives in Hamersville with her 10-year-old daughter, Emma Jean. They have 2 dogs, Storm and Roxie and a fat cat named Bella. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking. She has always had a LOVE for animals since her mother volunteered at the zoo when Kathy was little. She is very happy to be working with animals here at RHVS.

Abbi is a freshman at UC Blue Ash studying graphic design. She joined the RHVS team in May 2018. Abbi has a passion for all animals but always has a special place in her heart for Equine. Outside of school and work she enjoys riding her horse, and participating in 4-H. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and boyfriend.

Emma is currently a Junior at Felicity-Franklin high school. She plants to attend college and work in the medical field upon graduation. Emma is in FFA and shows hogs and cattle. She has a passion for working with all types of animals. Outside of school and work she likes to play softball, volleyball and work with her county fair projects.

Amy is a graduate from Felicity Franklin where she participated in 4-H and FFA. These programs are where she found her love and passion for animals. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her niece, cats and being in the great outdoors. She plans on attending UC Blue Ash's Veterinary Technician program.  Her favorite thing about RHVS is all of the kittens!
