Dr. Kelly Liming, DVM
Dr. Kelly Liming grew up on a farm in southern Clermont county. He received a BS in Animal Sciences from Ohio State in 1998 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Ohio State in 2002. He practiced in a mixed practice (farm animal, equine and small animal) in Urbana, Ohio for two years then he and his wife Emily Hopping (also a veterinarian) moved to Washington state. Dr. Liming practiced in Mount Vernon, Washington at a veterinary hospital that served mostly horses and a few small animals. After Dr. Liming and his wife had their first child in early 2007 they decided to move back to Ohio to be close to family. When Dr. Liming is not working he enjoys fly fishing, exercise, working around the house and many more outdoor activities.
Dr. Jason Patchell, DVM
Dr. Jason Patchell was born and raised in Clermont County. He received a BA in Zoology for Miami University in 1996 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Ohio State in 2003. He practiced in a mixed animal practice in Russellville, Ohio for 3 years then practiced small animal medicine and surgery for the next 6 years in the Cincinnati area. Dr. Patchell joined Rolling Hills Veterinary Service in the fall of 2012. He and his wife Jennifer have three daughters: Rachel Tracy, Leah, and Sarah. When not working, Dr. Patchell enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and exploring local activities.
Serena Dunaway
Practice Manager
Serena lives in Felicity with her husband Collin where they share 5 dogs and 2 cats. When she is not at work, she is busy helping manage their cow-calf operation and grain farm. Serena graduated from Brown Mackie College with a degree in veterinary technology and has been an integral part of the team since 2014. She has a true passion for veterinary medicine and a huge heart for animals. She is currently the president for the Felicity- Franklin FFA alumni. She enjoys helping local rescues by fostering animals with medical needs. If she has any free time, she enjoys riding horses, and spending time outdoors.
Katherine Weathers
Katherine is a graduate from Wilmington College and holds a bachelors degree in animal science. She has been with the team since 2018 and says her favorite thing about working at RHVS is neonate puppy and kitten care. Katherine is an alumni and avid supporter of 4-H and FFA, where she showed her American Quarter horse, Destin. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and playing with her dogs Henry and Huck and 4 black cats, Minx, Nox, Onyx and Phoenix.
Brittany Weber
Brittany joined our team in May 2020. She lives in Bethel with her son Braxton and German Shepherd Axel. She loves small and large animal medicine. There is always a special place in her heart for German Shepherds. When not working, Brittany enjoys spending time with her son, riding horses and training her personal protection dog.
Timberli Osborne
Timberli graduated from Felicity-Franklin high school. She has been with us since 2019. She is currently in the vet tech program at UC Blue Ash. In her spare time, she does many craft projects and tends to her plants She is a lover of all animals and enjoys every aspect of working at RHVS.
Amy Swinford
Amy started in 2020 and is graduate from Felicity Franklin where she participated in 4-H and FFA. These programs are where she found her love and passion for animals. She is a recent graduate of UC Blue Ash's Veterinary Technician program. Amy is recently married to her husband Kody who is active military. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her niece, cats and being in the great outdoors. Her favorite thing about RHVS is learning and doing something new every day.
Kendyl Taylor
Kendyl started at Rolling Hills in the Spring 2021 and enjoys the opportunity to work with large and small animals. She is from Russellville and grew up on a beef and dairy cattle farm where her passion for animals began. In Kendyl's spare time, you can find her and her dog Walker going on Jeep rides, spending time outdoors and hanging out with her friends.
Autumn Koelling
Autumn joined the team in January 2022. She graduated from the veterinary technology program school in April of 2024, Autumn is now a registered veterinary technician at our practice. In her free time, she likes to volunteer in her community, fish and rescue/foster animals.
Bailey Lowe
Bailey has been a member of the RHVS team since graduating high school in 2019. She has recently obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture from The Ohio State University where she studied animal sciences as well as an Associate of Applied Science from Columbus State Community College Veterinary Technology Department. Bailey passed the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE) and became a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in 2024. She is an alumni and avid supporter of FFA and 4-H; one of her favorite parts of her job is the ability to give back to these organizations at the county fair and coaching FFA teams. Her hobbies include watching college football and furthering her education. Bailey is a huge fan of The Ohio State University football team. Go Bucks!
Mattilyn Griffith
Mattilyn is a graduate of Felicity-Franklin High School and joined the RHVS team in 2021. She loves to play with her dogs Margot and Maggie. Mattilyn loves all animals but pigs will always hold a special place in her heart. She is currently enrolled at Morehead State University pursuing her degree in Animal Science.
Emma Brandenburg
Emily French
Emily became a part of the team in March of 2022. She's a proud 4-H and FFA alumni as a 2020 Peebles high school graduate. She is currently in her senior year at Morehead State University majoring in Pre-Veterinary medicine with plans of attending vet school to obtain her DVM. Emily is a large animal lover with the exception of Australian Shepherds and Blue Heelers. Her favorite thing to do at RHVS is go on farm calls. She lives on a commercial beef farm in Peebles, Ohio. When not at school or work, Emily enjoys working on the farm, hiking, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
Carl Anderson
Carl is originally from New Orleans and moved to Ohio in 1996. Adam, his pet turtle was his first animal that started his animal career. Carl started with RHVS in 2022 and is an avid promoter of the American Bully breed. When not working, he loves to spend time outside fishing, jet skiing and riding motorcycles.
Abby Fulton
Abby started in 2020. She is a graduate from Felicity-Franklin and has been in the veterinary field since 2018. She gets her love of animals from her mom. Abby has a three-legged Staffy named Peggy whom she absolutely adores. When she is not working, she spends her time hanging out with her friends and family.
Beth Roberson
Beth has been in the veterinary business since 2003 and joined RHVS in 2016. She loves that she is now working at a mixed animal practice. She has come to really love the farm animals and baby goats are her favorite In her spare time, she enjoys cruising, traveling, reading and spending time with her adult sons.
Kathy Ballman
Kathy lives in Mt. Orab with her daughter, Emma Jean. They have a dog, Roxie and 2 cats Bella and Maximus. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, going to live concerts and scrapbooking. She has always had a LOVE for animals since her mother volunteered at the zoo when Kathy was little. She is very happy to be working with animals here at RHVS.
Katie Janson
Katie joined the team in 2020. She is a graduate from Felicity Franklin and is currently attending NKU where she is studying social work. She loves being around animals and has a cat named Oliver that she took home from the clinic. In her spare time Katie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Olivia Fuhrman
Olivia has been part of the RHVS team for just under a year and has been an animal lover for 19 years. She is currently enrolled in school for pre-veterinary sciences and plan to continue her education in the veterinary field. In her free time she enjoys spoiling her fur babies and weightlifting. Olivia loves working at RHVS because "it's like a giant family here and everyone is doing the best for the animals".
Ashley Swinegar
Ashley has been with Rolling Hills since May 2022. She was born and raised in Clermont County and graduated from Glen Este in 2011. She is married with 2 daughters and has 2 cats and 2 dogs. When she is not at work, Ashley loves to spend time with her family, work in her garden and read.
Brianna Bellamy
Brianna lives in Sardinia and is very excited to be a part of the RHVS team. Bri is an Eastern High School graduate and is currently attending Southern State pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has always had a connection with animals and she loves to spend her free time with her 3 dogs, 2 guinea pigs and 2 rabbits. In her spare time, she loves to attend concerts with friends and spend time with close friends and family.
