Meet The Team

Dr. Kelly Liming, DVM

Dr. Kelly Liming grew up on a farm in southern Clermont county. He received a BS in Animal Sciences from Ohio State in 1998 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Ohio State in 2002. He practiced in a mixed practice (farm animal, equine and small animal) in Urbana, Ohio for two years then he and his wife Emily Hopping (also a veterinarian) moved to Washington state. Dr. Liming practiced in Mount Vernon, Washington at a veterinary hospital that served mostly horses and a few small animals. After Dr. Liming and his wife had their first child in early 2007 they decided to move back to Ohio to be close to family. When Dr. Liming is not working he enjoys fly fishing, exercise, working around the house and many more outdoor activities.


Dr. Jason Patchell, DVM

Dr. Jason Patchell was born and raised in Clermont County.  He received a BA in Zoology for Miami University in 1996 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Ohio State in 2003.  He practiced in a mixed animal practice in Russellville, Ohio for 3 years then practiced small animal medicine and surgery for the next 6 years in the Cincinnati area.  Dr. Patchell joined Rolling Hills Veterinary Service in the fall of 2012.  He and his wife Jennifer have three daughters: Rachel Tracy, Leah, and Sarah.   When not working, Dr. Patchell enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and exploring local activities.


Dr. Keli Schram, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Keli Schram grew up on a farm on the Brown co./Adams co. line. She earned a BA from Morehead State University then continued on to earn a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Oregon State University in 2017. She practiced in Beattyville, KY before joining the team at Rolling Hills in November 2017. She most enjoys working with cattle and horses as well as small animal surgery. When not working she enjoys spending time with family and pets (currently 1 dog and 1 cat), and singing and playing music. She can play bass guitar and basic drum set, and is currently taking fiddle lessons as well.  


Dr. Erin Luker, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Luker (formerly Dr. Mosbaugh) was raised in Amelia, OH and grew up showing horses at the Clermont County Fair. She completed her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University and then went on to attend the Kentucky Horse Shoeing School prior to entering Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Luker completed her clinical year at Texas A&M with a focus on Mixed Animal Medicine in 2013. She then completed an equine internship at Elgin Veterinary Hospital – Equine Surgical & Emergency Referral Center. She began practicing mixed animal medicine in 2015 in Bastrop, Texas. Dr. Luker and her husband, Travis, decided to move back to Ohio after the birth of their son, Owen.

Dr. Luker most enjoys working on horses. She has interests in Internal Medicine, Surgery and Neonatology. Dr. Luker has one horse (OTT Thoroughbred), two dogs (pit mix and basset hound mix)  and a cat. In her spare time, Dr. Luker enjoys spending time with her son and husband, riding her horse, playing the fiddle, hiking and traveling.



Serena Spaulding, RVT

Practice Manager

Serena lives in Felicity, OH and has a true passion for veterinary medicine.She has been apart of the team since 2014. Serena graduated from Brown Mackie College with a degree in veterinary technology. She has a huge heart for animals and currently has 2 horses, 2 pot bellied pigs, 4 dogs, goats and 3 cats. She is currently the president for the Felicity- Franklin FFA alumni. She enjoys helping local rescues by fostering animals with medical needs.  When not at work she enjoys riding horses, and spending time outdoors. 


Shelby Moore, RVT

Veterinary Technician

Shelby lives in Georgetown with her husband Nate; daughters Addyson and Ansleigh and their three dogs, Titan, Cruz, and Penelope. She has been with RHVS since May of 2015. She graduated from Cincinnati University - Blue Ash in 2015 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. When not working, she likes spending time with her family.  


Beth Roberson

Receptionist

Beth joined us in June 2016 and was born and raised in the Cincinnati area and currently lives in Batavia, Ohio. She enjoys spending time with her 2 adult sons and her terrier mix Annie and loves to cruise and travel. She has been in the veterinary field for 15 years working with small animals so she is excited to add farm animals to the mix.


Natalie Oberschlake

Receptionist

Natalie grew up on a cattle farm in Clermont County. She graduated from Bethel-Tate High School and Grant Career Center with a certificate in Medical Information Technology.  When not at work she enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her dogs Potato and Spanky. 


Charlena Spaulding

Receptionist

Charlena is currently a nursing student at Northern Kentucky University. She lives in Felicity with her Australian Shepherd, Sadie. Charlena's favorite animal that comes into RHVS are pigs. In her free time, Charlene loves to travel.


Kathy Ballman

Receptionist

Kathy lives in Hamersville with her 10-year-old daughter, Emma Jean. They have 2 dogs, Storm and Roxie and a fat cat named Bella. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking. She has always had a LOVE for animals since her mother volunteered at the zoo when Kathy was little. She is very happy to be working with animals here at RHVS.


Jess Bauscher

Veterinary Assistant

Jess has been a member of the RHVS team for 3 years. She currently working toward becoming a registered veterinary technician. Jess' favorite thing about RHVS is all the goats! In her spare time, she works hard at raising her own goat herd and enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, Maggie, Annie, Reese.


Danielle Scoggins

Veterinary Assistant

Danielle graduated from Western Brown High School. She joined our team in May of 2018 and has been a great addition. She lives in Mount Orab with her daughter Kinsley and their cat Milo.


Katherine Weathers

Veterinary Assistant

Katherine is a graduate from Wilmington College and holds a bachelors degree in animal science. Her favorite thing about working at RHVS is the opportunity to work with large animals. Katherine is an alumni and avid supporter of 4-H and FFA, where she showed her American Quarter horse, Destin. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and playing with her dog Henry and 3 black cats, Nox, Onyx and Phoenix.

Emily's loves getting to see all the different animals that come in every day, especially all the puppies! She has worked with horses her entire life, but dogs and cats are the next best thing! Emily's dream has always been to work in a large animal clinic and have the opportunity to assist doctors on farm calls which is coming true here at RHVS!


Tommi Wright

Veterinary Assistant

Tommi is the newest addition to our team! Previously, Tommi worked exclusively with small animals and is now very excited to begin working with large animals at RHVS. When she's not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding horses and hiking with her dog, Stella.


Bailey Lowe

Assistant

Bailey is a graduate of Felicity-Franklin High school. She has found her passion for animal care through her involvement with FFA. Bailey loves to learn new things and meeting new people! She will be attending OSU in the fall CFAES for animal science. 


Abbi Allen

Kennel Technician

Abbi is a high school student in Clermont County. She joined the RHVS team in 2018 with a passion for all animals. She enjoys riding her horse and participates in dressage, hunter jumper, and eventing at Pearl Equestrian. She also participates in 4-H, Clermont County Fair Board, and Interscholastic Equestrian Association. She loves spending time with her family and boyfriend.


Sydney Parker

Kennel Technician

Sydney is a home-schooled high school graduate from New Richmond. She has been with us since 2018 and has enjoyed the experience. She plans to attend UC Blue Ash to obtain a degree in veterinary technology. Sydney enjoys showing her horse, playing the cello and spending time with her friends.
